Success is a journey not a destination.  This popular saying is one of my favorites.  It could easily be changed to: Education is a journey not a destination.  When a child begins their journey there is a sparkle in their eyes.  As Christian educators we have the privilege to keep that sparkle alive by sharing new and exciting moments during their educational journey.  Christian Education is the education of the whole child: Mentally, Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually. True Christian Education permeates all areas of our student’s journey.  We have in the Bible the example of the Master Teacher in Jesus, as He walked among us teaching.  This model of compassion, patience and high standards is what the Christian journey is all about.  In closing, it is a high standard that Christian Education calls it’s participants too for we are teaching children for His Kingdom!
